Come out to our free event in Mauricetown along the Maurice River and experience quintessential Cumberland County charm – beautiful artwork, great music and a historic community.  Plein air artists will be working around town and will be eager to explain how they capture a scene with such aplomb, folk musicians including The Snake Brothers, Steve Byrne and Jim Albertson will be performing in the yard of the Mauricetown Historical Society throughout the day and the Society will have buildings open for tours.  It’s a great relaxing day for the whole family.  The event runs from 10 am to 4 pm on Saturday, September 10th and is headquartered at the Mauricetown Historical Society, 1229 Front Street, Mauricetown.
